 Dear Athletes,

   There's a time to love, time to rest,  time to compete and now its time to lend a helping hand to a fellow Athlete who is in need. Vijay a fellow Crossfitter who trains and resides at Crossfit Sri Ashram has been invited to join us in the Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Cert on the 24th June. Crossfit Sri Ashram is a non-profit Affiliate located in an Orphange outside  Haridwar, India. Its been a never ending roller coaster ride for Trainer / Owner Rashmi Cole to get Vijay to attend the cert and funds are running low for them. Its time now for all Athletes of CFSG to come together to lend a helping hand. We have set up a kitty fund for Vijay and every drop makes the ocean, please give with the Heart....

All we know is that he is one the greatest Yoga Trainer of Trainers, currently stationed here in Singapore and he is called Conrad.
